Cincinnati, OH – June 3, 2013 – Fern Exposition & Event Services and NexxtShow announced today that Fern, a leading national provider of exhibition services, has acquired the business of NexxtShow, an innovative provider of exhibition services. NexxtShow will continue to operate as an independent company.

The combination of the resources of the two companies will enhance the offerings of both Fern and NexxtShow as they continue to deliver their services to clients through their unique business models. Though NexxtShow and Fern will continue to operate independently, NexxtShow customers and employees will benefit from the national resources of Fern and Fern’s customers will benefit from the innovations and strategic vision of NexxtShow. “Both Fern and NexxtShow are foremost focused on customer service and providing a personalized approach to meeting each customer’s business objectives.
