An Outbound Material Handling Form can be picked up at the NexxtShow Service Center and it allows your freight to leave the show floor and loaded on to your carrier of choice. Please don’t forget to label your freight, as well. If you did not bring your own labels, we have them available at the NexxtShow Service Center.
Stop by the NexxtShow Service Center any time to settle your bill, pick up your Outbound Material Handling Form, and arrange any dismantle labor.
Yes, leave small items that you want to throw away in the aisle in front of your booth labeled “Trash” before and after the show, and we will dispose of them for you.
No, using your own vacuum is not allowed for any size booth. Please check with us to see who the show vendor is for cleaning, or simply order online in the Exhibitor Marketplace™.
Every show is different depending on many factors. A Nexxt Service representative can give you an estimated delivery time. Or, an option that must be arranged during the move in is accessible storage and indicate that you want your containers back first.
Please stop by the NexxtShow Service Center and pick up your empty storage colored labels. Each area of the show floor is color coded.
Please write your booth number and company name on these labels, place them on your empties and move the containers to the aisle. They will be automatically picked up and stored until the end of the show.
You can order additional items and labor at show site by contacting your Nexxt Service representative or going to the NexxtShow Service Center.
It is usually brought out within an hour. Sometimes it takes less time and sometimes longer. Check in with us at the NexxtShow Service Center, and we would be happy to give you an update.

We do not require you to fill out a form for this service. We will automatically receive your freight at either our advanced warehouse or show site. Once received charges will be applied to your invoice.
Material handling is the “handling” of your freight once your carrier delivers it to either the advance warehouse or direct to the show’s location. The carriers are not allowed to unload their trucks. Material handling includes unloading the shipping company’s truck, moving your materials to your booth with a forklift, storage of your empty containers once you have set up your booth, and then providing the same service at the end of the show.
Yes. Labels can be found by clicking on the “Shipping and Handling” tab, then click on “Inbound Shipping Addresses and Labels”. Please be sure to chose the appropriate label (either advance warehouse or direct to show site).
Yes, you can. However, please keep in mind that there will be a late to warehouse fee. In addition, sending past the deadline date may delay your freight in getting to your booth.
Shipments to the advance warehouse will be received approximately 30 days prior to the show. The specific dates shipments can be received can be found by clicking on the “Shipping and Handling” tab, then click on “Inbound Shipping Addresses and Labels”.
Freedom Shipping™ is our all inclusive shipping service. This service includes the following: shipment to the advanced warehouse, storage fees, material handling charges, and shipment back to your destination at the end of the show.

There are no forms to complete. However, you will need to login to the Exhibitor Marketplace and provide us with information. Once logged in, click on the “My Account” tab, select “Manage” located under EAC, and then fill out the contractor’s name and the services they will provide. You can also upload the certificate of insurance in that area or email it directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
